Salsa recipe? I am looking for the real recipe for the Hot Garden fresh salsa that Chi Chi's used to serve at their restaurants. I miss that place and especially their salsa, a lot of people are. So If there are any former workers or cooks that have the recipe I would appreciate It If you could give me the recipe. Thank You.
 
Here is your recipe for Garden Fresh Salsa:


1 ½
cups Diced plum tomato
½
cup Diced red bell pepper
½
cup Diced yellow bell pepper
¼
cup Minced shallot
¼
cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1
tablespoon Minced jalapeno pepper
1
tablespoon Chopped fresh tarragon

1/8
teaspoon Salt
2
tablespoons Balsamic or sherry vinegar
2
Cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
Step 2
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Yield: 2-1/2 cups (serving size:1/4 cup).
