Any fans of unsigned music here?

I don't care if it's signed or not if it's "good" ... "good" being an entirely subjective qualifier based on my mood, environment, and prior experience.

If a band is "signed" or at least making plenty of cash, I feel better about copying their CD or downloading their album. If a band is still working hard to scrape by, I tend to buy the album (on a record if at all possible).

But there's a good amount of garbage in both the "signed" and "unsigned" sets. I listen to music that is "tuned in".
 
But at least you can get good internet radio stations that play good music. I think the OP was talking about actual radio or whatever.
 
I actually quite enjoy the message of that piece. Anybody can expiriment with it, you just turn off the music and listen. The sounRAB around you really start to come alive.
 
I haven't listened to traditional radio in ages. It just all begins to mesh together and sound the same. It's a shame some great, unheard of banRAB can't get radio play because of promotion or production quality.

Internet radio is pretty cool though. Last.fm is great and Pandora is pretty decent (except I get a lot of the same stuff being played over and over for some reason). There's also Grooveshark, but I haven't had a chance to check it out.
 
i go to or went to school with the boys from final outcome, they are a very good band, they have split now which is a shame as they are extremely talented! i dont usually listen to that scene but barry the drummer got me into listening to his band n i actually enjoyed it, i was shocked :D

grooveshark is pretty cool. i've always wondered how their licensing works though i feel like they might run into trouble at some point. i used to use last.fm a lot just as a plug-in for itunes, never really used the radio station though. anyone use slacker or iheartradio?

I've been arrested for it several times. The government obviously wants to silence my fashion sensibilities. Proof of 2012.
 
how do u discover unsinged banRAB there like a website or websites decatied to Unsinged banRAB ... or is it all just word of mouth and myspace ????
