Any easy exercises, and easy diets for an 11 year old? PLEASE ANSWER?

ok.. my BFF's sister she is (11) has been so dissapointed of her body. her thighs NOT THAT huge they are just not skinny u know alsso her hips, arms and stomache. and her classmates have been calling her chubby (fat)! Me and my Bff are both Filipina. so i think its in our genes. But my Bff's little sister has been crying. not eating breakfast. doing tricep dips. lunges. those stuff to make her arms and legs smaller. she always wanted to be like a japanese girl. so skinny and stuff. she feels so bad ! :(
i just wanted to ask. (I KNOW SHE IS TOO YOUNG) but the thing is she wants to know what she can do
what an 11 year old can do to be skinny. like eating fruits and veggies. any easy exercises.
i just feel really srry for her. (i was the same when i was little, never did anything about it. now i am CHUBBYY) plz tell me some options. like what foods to eat. what exercises. and stuff THANKYOU

If I suggested that i would be contributing to a child's possible death / illness.

From 11 to 20 your body is growing in leaps and bounds - inside and out. If it isn't getting a balanced diet , things don't grow right.

Forget the diet, do the exercise.

If you don't eat enough, the body will hold on to all fat because it thinks a crisis is happening.
