Any decent horrors in 2010?

Look out for a couple of really great indie horror movies in 2010 including:

The Exorcism
What Happens When You Die
and The Last of the Living

apparently a rabroad Forum member is involved with these:D

The Scream films have always been Thriller/Horror(slasher) films, so Scream 4 does indeed count.

Look out for:

[REC] 2
La Horde
The Crazies - remake
Mutants - it's out in France already but think it's out here this year
Case 39 - Orphan type film
Survival of the Dead(DVD out this year)
Saw 7
The Ward
The Wolfman
Resident Evil 4 - believe this is out this year

REC 2 is getting quite a bit of hype online.

Let Me In (Let the Right One In American remake) should be interesting. Though maybe not good.

I'm not a fan of recent horror films because I don't really think they scare, Nightmare On Elm Street (remake) looks quite decent though. I must say, Orphan really really impressed me last year.

I wish Hammer would start making horrors the way they did back in the 70s, but obviously with much more realistic sets and what not. There was a real sense of spooky horror from them.

3 more to look out for:
After.Life (starring Christina Ricci)
Frozen (more thriller than horror, but said to be scary)
Paranormal Activity 2

There is meant to be another Friday the 13th released, but that may be on hold until 2011.

I'mn looking forward to The Crazies (the trailer looks great), Rec 2 and Survival of the Dead.

I saw Last of the Living some time ago. All right for low-budget "Down Under" comedy but not much of a horror. Thumping soundtrack.

i can not wait untill Scream 4:D and YES it does cound as a HORROR;)

Resident evil: Afterlife Looks awsome

REC 2 Should be good as 1st scared crap out of me just hope 2 is just as good its getting really hyped up on the net.
yep a great year tbh:cool:

I feel the same way, although I still remember the first time I saw the trailer for the remake of Fri-13TH. I thought it looked fantastic and look how shite that turned out.

Hammer have made a film called 'The Resident' with Hilary Swank plus a cameo from Christopher Lee. They are also involved in the production of the US version of 'Let The Right One in'.
