Any cheap, good and local grooming services?

I have a 10 month old little girl named Lola. She is half maltese and half poodle, so she has a nice furry and thick coat. Her hair is getting way too long and she has A LOT of hair. I dont want to spend more than 20 dollars on a quick puppy hair cut. Do you guys have any suggestions on where I should take her? I live in Los Angeles. I need somewhere cheap, with great service and it should be too far away. Thanks! ;)
