with people? My father has a computer business, and it's pretty small; he repairs computers and does a bunch of stuff, but all of this he is carrying it all out on his own. Why? because all his life he's been a very anti-social person, or let's just say he just wants things done in his own way, and if they're not done in his own way, they're wrong.
So, this is one of the reasons why he's not expanding his business, and allowing other people to work with him and get other workers to work for him, because he says that if he gets other workers they're not going to do things as he wants them to and he'll fail. Which is ridiculous. In my opinion you've just gotta take the risk, that's part of expanding your business.
Anyhow, does anyone know a book that talks about breaking social boundaries and beating the fear of expanding one's small business into something more locally larger? some book that hits these points I've been speaking about.
Thanks!
