any band need some songs?

i used to write poems and my mate said they were really good and one day i turned my poems into songs so i was lookin for a band that i could give them to so that they might actually become useful instead of just buildin up into a mountain collecting dust. one of my poems was turned into a song and was added to by a film star and now its going to be the theme tune to a music. i dont exactly know when the music is out but hopefully i'll be invited to the opening of it. i wish i had a band but no-one is interested in that at the mo so i will just keep writing. :banghead:

You have to take rhythm into consideration. Just because the worRAB rhyme doesn't mean you're capable of turning sentences into melody.

Try jotting down ideas and then twisting them into a beat. I've always worked that way, and I doubt it'll ever let anyone else down. Don't stop writing.

Am I allowed to post my lyrics somewhere too, or does pompom say nay?

it would be really cool to see what people are writing about at the moment as it reflects what they think about and how they see the world or what they've been through.
