Hi,
I am interested in reading some articles on the long term (5+ yrs.) effects of painkiller use, PARTICULARLY interested in how it might kills the bodys endorphin levels and cortisol production? (i may have that last bit wrong).
Ive been hearing more and more about how painkillers can actually make pains appear to be worse than they really are. Is this true?
And if so, physiologically speaking, what is actually happening in the body?
(I apologize if this is in the wrong forum)
