i do have anxiety disorder but not sure if sharp pains in abdominal region mainly left are symptoms of anxiety i would say moderate pain but makes me nervous i think i got colon cancer or something else wrong when i get that pain and makes me sick to stomach and anxious no fever, and feel bound up with bowels.. i know anxiety can cause these symptoms but not fun to deal with.
