So i have been feeling fatigued, out of breath, tired and i get these weird feelings in my head. for the passed couple of days i have been getting the out of breath sensations again. I breathe in but it just doesnt feel like i am able to take in a deep breath or breathe regularly. anyone have any suggestions for what to do to change this. it also happens after i eat too (even if i dont eat a lot)

That doesn't sound anxiety, it sounRAB like you could have pneumonia. Go get it checked out. Not being able to breathe in is a classic symptom of pneumonia.

Feeling that you can't breathe in can be a symptom of anxiety but it wouldn't hurt to get your lungs checked. Maybe you've got asthma, or, as the other person said, pneumonia.

But I've had this feeling, on and off for the last 20 years, that I can't take a deep breath all the way in, and yes, it does happen sometimes after eating. Lots of people have talked about it on this board and on the lung/asthma boarRAB - sometimes it's referred to as 'air hunger'. Have a look and see if it sounRAB like what you're experiencing.

I also have this, almost always..Especially after I eat and they are trying to connect it to a hormone problem and a hiatal hernia. I havent actually been diagnosed with anything other then acid reflux yet.

yes, thanks folks. I realize that a lot of this is due to my allergies. i do not have pneumonia. i have had it before and its not like having pneumonia. i think it might be my asthma mixed with the anxiety

This sounRAB like hyperventilation, a common symptom or condition caused by anxiety. Try to slow your breathing and do not breathe too deep and too fast.
