okay i had my first anxiety attack on thanksgiving my heart was racing my bloodpressere was high i was shaking basically i thought i was ganna die so i went to the emergency and they told me i was having an anxiety attack so i went on with my life a month passed by and i been getting anxiety attack everyday now for 3 weeks straight i get fast heart rate blood presure pain on the top of my head and i also had dihareia for 3 weeks also i get reallly nervouse about my health every day i think im dying even though i knw im not they give me advin but that dont work i see ohyscologist but it still dont work every day i get worse and i feel like i nead to be in a inpatient home for anxiety im having a hard time to find a place in sanjose ca to find one can some one please help me im lost and confused the anxiety hits me everyday and its just builed up everysingle day
