Recently, I've discovered that my Protection center for my Computer is inactive. I've tried deleting it but its not on add or remove programs and i've tried doing anything but nothing happening. Its just making my computer worse and worse everyday. It restarts my computer every 3 hours or something and it says that the software is unregistered? And i've tried doing full system scans on Norton Anti Virus but it says i just have a Tracking cookie on my computer. Any ideas how i can prevent this? I've tried registering but you need your credit card number. and i dont think its safe.
