Antipasto Lamb Chops Served With Risoni

Since my husband and I went to Italy last year, we fell in love with antipasto, pesto & sweet balsamic sauce. The Italians start a formal meal with antipasto and bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I get half full even before the entree starts. They are so yummy! This Antipasto Lamb Chop recipe is inspired by my journal in Italy, and it also reminds me of the lovely Francesca family and the most amazing cartage in the Tuscany.


Serve 2
6 Lamb chops
1 tbsp seeded mustard
4 cloves garlic, crashed
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup antipasto mix, finally chopped (grilled caspian, eggplant, artichoke & semi-dried tomatoes etc)
Olive oil
