Antibiotics for acne dont pass double blind scrutiny . At least 75% of people who take antibiotics long term for acne will dvelop life altering ,extreme vertigo and end up going to many neurologists to determine the cause ,getting cancer causing radiation from scans. The dermatologist justs wants the office visit fee. Antibiotics should only be used for acute infections.
Long term antibiotic use not only causes dizziness in almost everyone, it damages the liver , leaRAB to autoimmune disorders and other adverse reactions. The bottom line is it doesnt work anyway

Anyone who has acne and has gone through this knows it doesn't work in the long run. If it's short term it may work for a while. Eventually the antibiotics stop working and it's not good for your liver, just look at the advisory/warnings. It's not like candy. But of course not everyone gets an adverse reaction, just some.

Oh ok... cuz I am on antibiotics and I had never heard of that... what do you take?

Do your own research . If anything ,the reported side effects are huge underestimates of the true risks because less than one percent of side effects get reported to the FDA according to Kessler MD ( former head of theFDA) and others . Even if you report a side effect to your doctor that they know or should know is caused by your prescription , they will probably tell you that it is just a coincidence and not caused by the drug and they are very unlikely to report the adverse reaction to the FDA.Ask your doctor if long term use of antibiotics (pretty much all of them ) causes vertigo in most patients . If he says no, tell him to put that in writing , and after he tosses you out of the office , get another doctor.
