Anti theft device was triggered on my 2003 Honda Accord During a radio swap?

I was trying to take the factory radio out of my car and put an aftermarket radio in, and during the process the anti theft was triggered and now niether radio will work. I took it to Honda and they said to take it to a radio specialist. I took it to car toys and they said it was a code Honda would have to clear. I am wondering if there is a code I can enter or a process I can go through to get power back to the radio. Either one. The radio is connected but no power is going to it. The anti-theft light is blinking on my dash. Thanks.
