anti-theft device on 2002 chrysler 300m cd player?

I just bought a 2002 Chrysler 300m Special and the Cd player wasn't working. I took the panel apart and found out the CD player wasn't plugged in. After plugging it in, it still doesn't work correctly. The lights just blink and it won't allow any CD's to be put in. Is there and anti-theft device that needs to be re-set?
