Oh phooey. Sure pop can sometimes be cheesy, corny, and horribly written, but some can be good as well. The same goes for metal. I slightly prefer black metal over pop because of the atmosphere.. I'm all about atmosphere.
Being anti-anything musical just seems unnecessarily limiting.
But if anyone would prefer to not enjoy things rather than the alternative, alright, whatever.
I like a lot of pop. And a lot of metal. And a lot of most other things.
