Antagonist / villains that steal the show

In what shows do you really love or find more interesting the antagonist or the villain more than the star(s) of the show. Few come to mind right now, in some cases I still love the hero and find the hero an interesting cool character, it is more of a complement to the antagonist or villain. In some cases, the hero doesn't help his or her case.

Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender) - I think many Avatar can conquer, we still love Aang and his friends, at least I do. But more often than not, the story of Zuko and his storylines are sometimes better and more interesting. Especially in the early part of season 2.

Anemone (Eureka 7) - similar to the case with Zuko, I love the main storyline and the main characters of Renton and Eureka. But I also love the Anemone character and her storyline. It was just as important for me Anemone and Dominc had an happy ending as Renton and Eureka.

Beastly (Care Bears) - for me, the only reason to watch the Care Bears in the 80's weather it was on tv or in the movies were the villains. (though the Care Bears weren't so annoying in the movies and tv specials) And Beastly is the best example. He was so funny, he made the goody goody Care Bear tolibal with his twisted morals.

Professor Coldheart (Care Bears) - see Beastly above. But also Professor Coldheart was hillarous in his own way. For example the episode he dressed as a school kid, or propossed to Auntie Freeze.

I am not counting Dick Dastardly and Muttley who were the stars on their show. Though I guess they stole the show on Wacky Races.
 
I know a few of the coolest villains that steal the show:

Megatron(Transformers) - He's such a great villain for world conquest and I love his forms from G1,Beast Wars,RID,Cybertron, & now Animated which his new appearance is awesome,threatening,& dangerous.
Wile E.Coyote(Looney Tunes) - I always love his Looney Tunes shorts with him many ACME projects to catch the Roadrunner & even stole Bug Bunny's short when he tries to catch Bugs.
Shreeky & Beastly(Care Bears) - Whenever I watch CareBears, those two villains always crack me up with their plans to get the CareBears.
Dick Dastardly & Muttley - They have their own show besides Wacky Races & Yogi's Treasure Hunt which they're my most favorites when they use such hilarious antics to catch the pigeon besides cheating in races.
Sideshow Bob(Simpsons) - I always love this villain for his show-stealing which he'll always return in many future Simpsons episodes to get his revenge on Bart & the whole Simpsons family.
Sagebrush Kid/Mooch/Dan/Genghis/Amanda Banshee/Dr.Hydrant(Wacky World of Tex Avery) - I used to love that show because of the villains which they're so funny & wacky than the heroes.
The Red Guy(Cow & Chicken) - He's the most hilarious devil villain to always steal the show for Cow & Chicken and even the I Am Weasel cartoon for his many disguises & butt walks.
I.R.Baboon(I Am Weasel) - He's so hilarious which he steals the show to as well for I Am Weasel and it's funny when he named his baby Grandpa, so stupid yet funny.
Invader ZIM - He's the villain star of the show which he tries hard with his plans for Earth conquering & fails it sometimes, but he's still hilarious which I watch the show because of him.
Stewie(Family Guy) - He's the best for being the diabolical homicidal baby who wants world domination.
Dr.Drakken & Shego(Kim Possible) - They mostly steal the show but they were the best villains especially when they shine in the Graduation finale when they actually be a couple after saving the world from aliens and which Dr.Drakken's a mutant plant.
The Monarch & Phantom Limb(Venture Bros.) - Those two were the best/greatest villains ever & the funniest supervillains in the world.
The Big Cheese & Bad Bird(Samurai Pizza Cats) - I've always loved/missed the show which had Toonami potential(maybe), which those 2 villains are funny for their killer robot plans/losses from the Samurai Pizza Cats.
Prince Eccentro,Gluko & Batch(Mon Colle Knights) - I've always loved the show for the hilariousness & comedy which those 3 villains crack me up whenever their plans always backfire & Gluko never gets hurt for her ditziness except for the other two & when Eccentro & Batch get tortured by Tenaka when the episodes end, so funny.
King Dedede & Escargoon(Kirby:Right Back At Ya) - I always watch the show because of those two buffoons which they were hilarious as Team Rocket when they always try to get rid of Kirby to sending out many monsters from Nightmare Enterprises.
Orochimaru(Naruto) - In the Narutoverse, he's such an awesome main villain for being the sick creepy,sadistic,twisted snake freak who wants to destroy the Leaf Village, want Sasuke's body, & even played a major role in Naruto Shippuden when
he battles the four-tailed demon fox Naruto

Dominic & Anemone(Eureka 7) - Those two villains were always my favorite couple next to Charles & Ray and Renton & Eureka which they have awesome character development when Dominic wants to save Anemone's life from Dewey's clutches.
Skullduggery/Kinkotsuman(Kinnikuman) - I always love to watch the show because of the silly bonehead for his hilarious antics when he's a bad guy, but then turned good when he & his sidekick are with that one cop dude.
 
Add to my list:

Team Rocket (Pokemon) - they are my favorite characters on the show. They are the most entertaining characters on the show. Though I like the gym battles the best which they rarely have anyting to do with, as far as characters, Team Rocket takes a back seat to no one.
 
Ooh, can't forget pretty much every villain from Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law. Then again, there are so many great characters, it's hard to pick just one who steals the show.
 
Don Karnage (TaleSpin) - You gotta love his over the top accent and mannarisms.

The Beagle Boys and Ma Beagle (DuckTales) - Probably one the most dysfuntional and hilarious families in animation ever.

Shredder/Krang/Bebop/Rocksteady (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - While each character was great individually, they were at their best when operating as a foursome.

Mr. Burns and Smithers - Plenty of great subtle humor with these two.

The Red Guy - Just outright insane!
 
That's if you count him as the antagonist. I just see the story of a poor, starving genius who has his hopes and dreams of Road Runner Fricasse blow up quite litterally into a puff of smoke.

Same thing with Tom of Tom and Jerry.

But I have a few add ons to the list.

The Hacker-I mean, give Christopher Lloyd a role in any show, and he'll steal it. Look at the episodes of Taxi he was in. While Andy Kaufman seemed joyless sometimes (indeed he disliked working on a sitcom), Christopher never failed to deliver. And this series is no exception. Cyberchase is a great kid's show, but without a comedical, almsot nonthreatening (almost) villain like the Hacker, it just wouldn't be half as enjoyable. Especially when he isn't even involved on the plot, and desperately wants to take credit for something he didn't do. I remember Wicked was closer to destroying Cyberspace than he ever was, and he got the credit. Funny stuff.

Baikinman- I don't think I would have enjoyed Anpanman as much as I did without him. Much like the villain of any Preschooler show, he doesn't have great big plans to destory the world, or make everyone bow at his feet. He just wants to make sure everyone has a rotten day. Like a sinister Oscar the grouch. Not to mention, he's completely whipped by his cute little sister, Dokin-chan (who actually sides with heroes time and again, because she has a crush on one of them). Plus that high pitched raspy voice of his is just hillarious to hear.

Suneo and Jian- I shudder to call them "villains", but often times, they are the antagonists of an episode of Doraemon. Jian, being the giant big bully type (Nelson, Binky Barnes-as he appeared in the books, when he was more menacing), always threatens to beat everyone up. He "Borrows" things from kids, unwillingly (sort of like that guy on "Everybody Hates Chris" that keeps saying, "Hey little Dude, lemme borrow a dollar."). And he has the dellusion that he's a good singer (and clearly isn't) and usually forces kids into his concerts. As far as Suneo, you know that wormy little kid that hangs around the big bully so he won't get beaten up? that's Suneo.

Robotnik, Scratch and Grounder- Rewatching Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, these villains pretty much are the source of comedy in the show. Add in Coconuts, and you got a real funny group of disfuntional villains.

King DeeDeeDee and Escargoon- There is nothing funnier than a non-threatening villain, getting caught up in a grander, eviler conspiracy than he can handle. Makes you wonder why on Earth (or Popstar) such a goofy, inept villain king hasn't been overthrown yet. I give points to 4Kids, giving Escargoon a Paul Lynde impersonation, making it even funnier.

Stealbeak- I dunno why, but I cannot get enough of Rob Paulsen's overbearing sarcastic jerk voices. This one is my favorite.

Strongbad- Originally conceived as a bad guy, the character broke free and became more popular than the namesake of the website homestarrunner.com . So he quite literally stole the show.

Also like to give a shout out to the member that mentioned Kinkotsuman (Skullduggery). Yeah, once he was a viallian, and then he became a non-threatening commentator. I guess hanging around with loser monster Iwao rubbed off on him.

And another to the one that mentioned Don Karnage. Come on. Can't you tell Jim Cummings is having a ball playing that character? Now that's a scene stealing villain.

Prime Evil from Filmation's Ghostbusters

As much as I liked the Ghostbusters to me Prime Evil was the star of the show and I loved his interaction with Bratarat. To me he just stoled the show.
