It could be either Frankie, or Matthew.
I think it depends on how you describe an antagonist.
If you think it's Frankie, then you probably call the Antagonist the "bad guy".
If you think it's Matthew, then it's "the one that causes problems for the main character."
So, for example, if Harry Potter was written from Voldemort's perspective, would it be Voldemort or HP that's the antagonist? Same with Disreputable History. There is no obvious bad guy.
