A man was found dead in his apartment one night. 3 people are suspected of murdering the man. One was the dead man's neighbor, the other is a friend, the last one is the office mate. The detective asked each one of them where they were and what they were doing the night the murder happened. This is what each of them stated:
neighbor: I swear I didn't kill him! I was watching television in my apartment and was really enjoying the show the time when the victim died!
friend: I was going to another friend's house near the victim's house. I passed by the victim's house but I swear I didn't stop by. How could I kill him?
office mate: I was walking my dog. Why are you accusing us anyway? We each have good alibis. We cannot possibly shot the man in his apartment!
