i already asked this but i forgot my pass
ok so i got in trouble yesterday for pumpkin smashing but the owner decided not to press any charges. the cops said they were still going to send a report to the juvenile center. i already got in trouble for arsen ( i didnt really have to do anything cause it wasnt my fault) and they said the arsen charge would be erased when im 18 if i dont do anything. my question is will the arsen charge and the pumpkin smashing be on my permanent record for colleges to look at?
