A guy is staying on the 5th floor of a hotel. Every morning he rides the elevator down to the lobby and eats breakfast, then he takes the elevator back up to his floor. Every evening he takes the elevator to the lobby and eats dinner, then he takes the stairs back up. He hates taking the stairs, but he does it everyday. why?

the operator of the elevator is there in the mornings but not in the evenings.since the guy was too short to reach for the fifth floor button, he had to take the stairs after dinner?
