Another Weird Dream what does it mean?

I feel something in my mouth. Its a needle through my tougue ouch! Then I take it out and a doctor tells me the needle gave me HIV. He gives me a blood test to confirm it. I get very scared and feel my life is over.. I then say to myself.. "what ever god wills, is good". Then i get happy and the dream ends...
