Okay so for some reason, I actually followed this link and for some reason I actually decided to read this. And....well, how about you decide for yourself.

Basically, if you're ready to read into Pokemon and see it as even more disturbing than the End of Evangelion or Saikano then check this out.

but was it ever established that satoshi's father was sakaki? Considering that the cornerstone of his thesis focusing on a neurotic disorder that only the likes of Freud would love, when was it established that this conclusion is true?

I mean otherwise it is a fickle mind screw regarding pokemon I have to admit...
 
I believe a basis of the rumor is partly due to Satoshi never really meeting Sakaki (Up until Mewtwo's Return). I mean what was the point of never having an encounter between the two of them?
 
why would they? I mean recall sakaki left viridian city gym in hopes of recapturing mewtwo when satoshi came to battle there. Outside of that, he never had an opportunity to meet one another.

After doing some googling, it seems a lot of people make the conclusion based on pokemon live, which isn't canon...

Thank God, I quit watching this show (it's overrated, and it got very repetitive), or my opinion would be different, still it's an interesting read, and an interesting topic

Oh, and Evangelion and Saikano's endings are still #1 and #2 in my book
 
The really disturbing thing about Pokemon is that the whole franchise glamorises super powered cock* fights.


*By that of course I mean male chickens and not... the other thing.
 
The thing about this is that there's a lot of forcing in attempt to make certain aspects of the series fit in with this model, especially towarRAB the end.
