After you swallow semen, is it normal to gave this weird sticky/slimy residue-ish feeling on your tongue

...and what can you do to get rid of it, ..i've heard it'll go away in an hour or so
..or its the salty thing left

...there is no toothpaste in my dorm!!!..ill just sorta water it down
 
brushing your teeth after might help, idk havent done anything yet to tell facts
