another question for about the rope fish and 20 gallon tank...?

would it be ok to just keep one rope fish and then have a set of african butterfly fish, and a set one prehistoric goby?? im sorry if these questions are dumb...i just want to find out before i load the tank up. hopefully soon i will be buying my buddies 176 gal. tank so i will then have more questions
 
Well If you're gonna buy them a big tank then you don't need to worry about getting rid of either rope fish! and you could also get two butterflies for the new tank because they need about 15 gallons each as adults.
