Another "my life sucks" rant.

My life sucks.

And yes, I'm an ungrateful asswipe.

Why? Because it's boring. I've done almost everything and I've seen almost everything (in a certain context, mind you. Of course I haven't seen a llama jack off to animalporn or something similar silly) and I've been also everywhere.

It's just so fucking boring.

I'm part of a loving family, I have some great friends, no girlfriend (but fuck that) and all of that. I'm not the richest teen ever, but I still can't complain about money. If I'd stopped smoking I'd have more then I could spend on shit I don't need. (And yes, I know, I don't NEED to smoke. Details, details...)

The best moments of my boring life are the moments I'm attending gigs, smoke hasj/h or weed with friends or get totally wasted from alcohol.

I know I should be glad for everything I have and everything I'm able to do.

But I'm not.

I'm just bored.

here here mate, i sympathise with you completely. similar situation - only way to get around it is to move away and make a fresh start with a new job and new home in a good city.

Well, I have a job. :P

And, if everything goes to plan, I'm going to study next year, which should be interesting. Finally something that I don't find boring. (Although, getting history day in, day out might get boring eventually)
 
Well, that's good. that's what i did aswell, i went back to college and then hopefully soon i'll be at uni. Make yourself a five year plan about the things you need to acheive for each year. e.g.

2006 - pass course, work full time over summer to save money, september start university, find part time work, join sports team & gym.

2007 - Continue uni course, learn to scuba dive, work on business plan

2008 - complete course and sign to continue to earn a higher qualification/start business, pass driving test

2009 - buy first house

etc etc

make yourself your targets to acheive, it will help you focus.

There are people out there who have more suffering, anguish, and fear in one finger than you have in one body.

Are you such a twat that you have to complain about being bored?

And I apologize for calling you that, but there isn't another word for it.
 
To be honest.

I couldn't give a rat's ass about Katrina victims, the hungry people in Africa or the people with more trauma's and/or mental disorders then me. Why? Because I don't know them.

I couldn't give a rat's ass about the victims of the Pakistan winter or about all the people that are killed in wars, and, let me tell you something. Neither does anyone here. Yeah, except if it somehow affects them.

And yes, I know I'm an ungrateful bastard. But do I care about the people I don't know? No.

That's why I also don't give a rat's ass about you.

Oh, and by "being bored" I mean that I can't enjoy ANYTHING.

i think RanC's comments were more about anger at his government for letting the area in which he lives become so deprived and his future so difficult to distinguish. His only way to express his feeling is "im bored" when really he means "my government is failing me and i am losing faith in my society, i am worried that i may end up like the people i see around me everyday and it frustates me so." It is a cry for help.

Typically tho, one person decides to look at his problem in terms of worldwide problems, when no, in comparison his problems are not that great. So instead of learning about the individual and trying to help they decide to attack and critisize RanC's comments.



^honesty from Ranc...do you really give a shit about pakistani's ironictator's? I'm guessing that you don't and that you only said it to make yourself look clever and caring.

So what's my cure? get out of my life. that's why i'm a gamer and proud of it. :)
My friends and i were having a discussion about why we create the same basic personality set for our characters. My friend Dave always plays mage-types that haggle for every penny. Anonimous's (he doesn't like me using his name) characters always have a stick up their ass. Etc. I offered the idea that we all play characters somewhat opposite of ourselves.. What do i play....?

Characters that are good with people...
