Here's my report, with only names edited for protecting the innocent or criminally moronic. The numbers indicated different rooms. The fuckfaced asshole dog barking owners, named Tom Dumbass in this, were from 129 and 132. Oh and just for the curious, there were 5 big drunk guys, and one loud mouthed asshole, and one loudmouthed bitch from those two rooms.

It all started about 8:15pm on 3/30/07. 136 called and said there were dogs barking. Then 130 also called. I checked and there were 2 dogs in 132 barking so loudly you could hear them from the pool area with the doors closed. It was that loud. In short order 126, 128, 131, 135, 136, and a room from upstairs I can’t remember were calling the front desk. The people in 136 and 135 quickly demanded to move, though 136 had a pet, and other people wanted to move, wanted refunds, etc. I called the owner several times. I called the 132 and 129 with no answer. I called the Casino and had Tom Dumbass paged in case he was there. People kept coming to the office and calling the lobby complaining about the barking. Finally at the owner's prompting I went to 132 to try and scoop up the dogs and bring them to the office. The one I approached tried to bite me, and I closed the door. Then the people from 132 and 129 showed up around 9:45pm. Then the real issues began.
When the people in 136 and 126 and 135 heard me talking to 132 in the hall they came out of their rooms. Then they started yelling at the people from 129 and 132, then those people started calling the complaining guests names and said things like “We should call Jerry Springer for you people” and just made it worse. More people came out of their rooms and a few people even came from upstairs to join in the yelling. The wife in 136 and another person had to hold back the man in 136 from assaulting Tom Dumbass who kept acting like everyone was crazy and said so, and a bunch of other things. The lady from 126 nearly grabbed the woman from 129 from the other side of the hall. I was surrounded and none of them were listening. They kept screaming and I figured it was going to be a fight so I went to the office and was watching from the pool area to see if I had to call the police. The people finally went back into their rooms.
So after talking with the owner, I called 132 and 129 and asked them to leave. They were Very angry and threatening over the phone, so I locked the office. Then the Dumb Ass people came to the window making threats ranging from beating me up, to legal action against the hotel. They also said they called the hotel and “a girl told them this was a pet friendly hotel” and they said they had told “the girl” that they had pets. I told them in any case leaving you dogs in a room to bark endlessly for hours was not covered by our pet policy in any case. This went on for some time. I gave one of the guys from 129 a print out of both rooms showing no charge as per the owner. They were still very unhappy and were going on about how they had been drinking, so if they got in an accident the hotel was in trouble, on and on it went. I told them I would call the police if they didn’t just leave. Finally they left, things quieted down. It was about 10:45pm when they finally left.
Per the owner I printed out a list of the rooms involved that I could remember and put a copy in her box.
