Another E65 Bug !!

Ok, I don't know what's the problem with my little E65. Before Friday, it was working 100% great. I have all kinds of stuff running on it, BB Connect, Truphone VOIP to name a few. I didn't download anything new, update anything at all. Then on Friday, like I posted I was unable to access my Setting's Menu when I was in Tucson, AZ on business. Someone posted to have me go into Offline Mode, and that worked. What also worked was when I left Tucson, the phone was back to normal, well sort of.
Someone told me to to a master reset, which I tried, it really only cleared out my contact list. When I got home I iSync'd my contatct list back to the phone, but when I try and setup my SPEED DIAL list again, the E65 will not left me.
So the Speed Dial menu is not allowing me to setup, tried Offline Mode, no luck.
I'm going to call Import GSM tomorrow and see about a replacement unless anyone can think of anything.

At this time the current FW on the E65 doesn't do a proper hard/master reset. Imports won't be able to help you and any other E65 will be at the mercy of a new FW. If you can live without it for a few days/weeks I'm sure a new FW is around the corner. It's been out long enough and obviously full of enough bugs to command one.

Full of bugs? Says who? I've got two E65s and they both work flawlessly.

The guy said "I have all kinds of stuff running on it", so my initial suspicion is that one or more of his programs are causing problems. Hell, we've got people here self-signing programs and/or dismantling handsets, then they blame Nokia for bugs!

Oy-vey!

Yes, I have BB Connect and TruPhone, but thats all that is running on my E65.
And remember, before this past Friday, the phone was working 100%.
I haven't added a thing to it in a few weeks. So it had the issue on Friday, which resloved itself, but now I cannot access the Speed Dial Menu. I can't believe that is a FW issue, since it was working prior to Friday.
Going to call Import tomorrow, that's why I bought from them in the first place.

The other day I had the settings issue. I did what you suggested above. It did nothing but clear out my contact list.
I can't see it being TruPhone as I've had it installed for about a month with no issues before.
I guess I could uninstall TruPhone, since I really don't use it.
But why TruPhone would be blocking me from accessing the Speed Dial menu doesn't make sense.
