Another BBA or MBA??? Which would give me more for my career?

I have a BBA in Human Resources and a minor in Economics. I'm torn between returning back to school to get another Bachlors degree or get my masters in business. As far as my career in the long run I was wondering what would benifit me more...If you have any thoughts please help me make my choice. Thank you!! Have a great day.
