annulment? Divorce? please help? Judge? anyone ? hello?

I am desperate... I am wondering if you know if it is possible to get an annulment for a marriage during these circumstances. One year ago my husband of one month left me for a girl after we and my son moved to Alabama from Virginia, because he wanted to go to school. When he left me I got into contact with his father and ever since I have learned so many things about him that he had lied about before... on our wedding certificate what if he lied about his mother’s name on the certificate.. He lied about everything that I knew about him.... I thought he was Christian.... can anyone help me please I don’t know what to do and I have been paying on the debt that he left me with I have been taking care of my son and working and going to college and I have no money left for a divorce... please... I want this compulsive liar out of my head but I am still married to him and many miles away from him....
to anyone who is reading this..... I thought that i had finaly found the love of my life... I thought at the time that i was making a great decision for both my and my sons life. I thought he was a wonderfull man... please do not judge me... I am a good person who is pretty much ruined when it comes to any hopes of trusting a man ever again... or maybe it is that i do not trust my own judgement... please help
 
i'm afraid I do not know anything than you are better of without him. I would imagine you could take him to court and get half what you both owe.
 
Go down to the county courthouse where you are a residence, see the clerk, get the forms, fill them out, file them, pay the small fee and file for divorce. If he doesn't contest, then you just have to go through the process. If he contests, you will need a lawyer. It could be that easy. An annulment is probably not possible, but a lawyer could advise. You may have enough of a case for an annulment but waiting this long is an issue. .
 
dont blame yourself, you see like a pretty strong person. As i dont know anything about marriages and the legal aspect of things, talk to people about the topic for proffessionbal advice on what to do.
