Annoying Neighbors! Need a way to stop a stereo remotely!?

Okay so my nighbors think its okay to blast there lame music in my face 24/7. I need a way to stop, destroy, or interupt there shit stereo+woofer thats faced at my house. The law wont do anything and I dont care if its illegal!
 
If your a girl... or know a girl have her get really upset and call 911 or your local police station. Have her tell them that she works 3rd shift (or something like that) and that she hasn't slept in days and she's getting sick because of it and had to go to the hospital from being so weak from lack-of-sleep.

That will get the law a little more enthused.
 
i prefer pipe bombs instead of guns, but whatever works for you. =)

BTW: if it is 24/7, and it is really loud, that is actually illegal (at least it is where i live), so just try calling the police.
