Next thursday I'm for sitting the First Certificate and there is something about the Writing that I'm not sure about because every book explains it in a different way and our teacher wasn't really clear when she told us the difference.
What is the difference between an essay and a composition? As far as I'm concerned, there is no difference at all.
And my book says that there are two types of essay. One is the One-sided-essay and the other is the common one, the one in which you have to list the negative and positive aspects of certain issue. But my doubt is, is it okay to write an essay of the second type in any case? I don't know how to explain it, if someone could help me via msn, I would be really grateful.
