I used to be really into anime and the whole craze just kinda died down for me because I realized how annoying a bunch of little girls running around trying to slant their eyes can be. Asian culture, safe to say, is interesting. And the style of anime still gives me a boner artistically, because it just plain appeals to me, but now I find it hard to actually enjoy one, as I agree with the repetitive nature of it.
FLCL, Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Slayers... I haven't thought about it for a while... Though I can't stand Naruto and Inuyasha. Those can burn. I remember when Adult Swim put mustaches on all the characters in Inuyasha and they got hate mail. I found it pretty hilarious that they managed to get a gaggle of 12 year olds to call them fucksticks.
