Well it's only going to air on Disney X-D and that doesn't air on national tv (ie not everyone gets this channel).

And it has been officially released since volume 1 is available.

So I'd assume so. Which should make it the first of the "Big 3 Shonen Series" to be qualified for AOTM (or ATOM, anime of the month with some letters changed around )

Disney XD may not be in as many homes as Cartoon Network, but that doesn't make it a rare premium channel like the FUNimation channel or something. I don't have any of those but I do have XD on digital cable. Besides, let's be honest here, Naruto is the last series that neeRAB any sort of special exposure.

We've established that shows streaming online for free are fair game, so Gintama would qualify. It's really easy for anyone to check those out.
