What is your faveourite film that you have seen then?

The classic Akira is good to be honest just dont watch it at 4am with a skin full!

I heard a while back that a live action DBZ may be coming out but cant find anything

lol, didn't they try a live action DBZ already? I'm sure I've read something about it, or maybe it was another anime, but either way I can't see any anime being translated well to real life, especially not anything from the DB universe.

I think it's hard to name a favourite film, becuase I prefer the tv shows to the films, but if i had to it'd probably be one of the Ghost In The Shell movies.

Ghost In The Shell is Legendary and of course as stated by the OP you can't reiterate enough the greatness of Akira, that was the Anime film that really set the Benchmark for all the others.
Sky Blue [Korean] is also a very good one, comes reccomended from me but it's one of those flicks that you really have to be prepared to commit to.

Studio Ghibli productions dominate. My favourite depenRAB on what mood i'm in at any given moment, though it usually vacillates between Whisper of the Heart and Kiki's Delivery Service.

I've never really understood all the hype that Akira or Ghost in the Shell get. To me they were decidedly average films.
