YET in japan the laws of nudity? are strict about genital nudity and dogs shows an adult women with ummm the 'stuff' that grows out your head (i don' want to offend people and i've been wondering this for a while) yet in japan they censor the 'stuff'on your head in adult movies/animes yet dogs doesn't and it's 16+...how is that allowed? i'm not complaining or complementing...i'm just wondering
