I just recently started to collect movies and stuff...

this may have come up before, but there are sites that can manage (and value your collection) perfect for threads like this
i have found guzzlefish to be the best- and since it is the most popular, its server is occassionally overcrowded
 
I have about 450+ DVDs, the dragonball Z saga on VHS, about 50 manga, and like 50 gigs of episodes and movies that don't really count because I always end up buying the ones I like.
 
Well I reckon U might be better off buying anime from a proper shop 1st. Since it'll be easier to find the stuffs there, it's safer (since U don't have to put down private info like credit card number) and it's more reliable. I got all my collections from a really good shop called 'Shin-Tokyo' here in South Australia. All members gets good discounts (e.g.: 20% off dvds, 30% off wallscrolls, etc...)

Btw...I got my hand on a new collection of Orphen (cost me only $90)...I didn't regret getting it, it's good stuffs to add to my collections of Gundam Wing, Vampire Princess Miyu, Boogiepop Phantom, Gasaraki, and the other 6 anime titles (they're single)
 
how is the GTO boxset? did you get the perfect collection from FX? is the video quality and subtitle translation good?
