I'm thinking to take manga/anime course not art/design course in general. I want something specific that make me learn about manga and anime. I know the best place to start look is Japan, but I really have no clue how to start research on it. The thing is i'm kinda doubt about the language since I cant speak japanese. It would be good if anyone can recommend some place around asia like singapore or hong kong?
