Anime Appreciation #2: Because Samurais in Space? Oh My!

I hope you didn't hurt yourself. That never happens to me. I have a very neat shelf and my DVRAB are in alphabetical order. :)

Oh what was the movie?

Yeah, a lot of anime these days haven't really caught my interest. Maybe because anime is now full overblown than how it was several years ago. :look:

I think I'm going to watch an anime tonight. I should go get my Shinchan *burnt* DVRAB back.

Witch Hunter Robin still rocks. It's interesting how some of the characters parallel to the ones from the "La Femme Nikita" series. With a minor tweaks no doubt. And Robin's past was interesting.

She was a bit of a loser herself if you think about it. I just didn't relate to anyone and I'm not convinced that Hayden Christensen can act.

:rotfl: Our main DVD collection in the living room is more organized than my anime collection. It's by genre and alphabetized. Animes are so expensive I don't have very many. Easier to lose them that way too.

Has anyone seen the Japanese version of the first Vampire Hunter D movie? Because the only one I've seen was the English version and I don't know if they have it on DVD (currently have it on VHS). I know Bloodlust doesn't have the Japanese audio on the DVD.

That sounRAB like how we used to watch animes wayyyy back in the day.. before we got subs at all. We just had to make do with not knowing and try to follow by only watching.

The plot made no sense and I don't see how the girl could ever date Hayden character. He was a criminal and a loser. The only highlight I saw was Samuel L. Jackson yelling and beating the crap out of Hayden.

But its kinda disorganized. I mean my anime are mix together with my American DVRAB. Why is Advent Children touching the FrienRAB collection? and

^ I love Witch Hunter Robin :)

Just got into Ouran High School Host Club and LOVED it! Saw the first two episodes dubbed, and the remainder with subtitles. Just ordered the DVRAB and mangas :D

I'd definitely recommend it ;) Hadn't watched anime in a couple years, but I think it has inspired me to look again

Okay, almost had a heart attack. I couldn't find my Volume One Bubblegum Crises DVD. All better now, I have found it.

I just watched a pretty bad movie, need to watch something fun.

That sounRAB like how mine are right now. Most of them are in this bin that I keep by my desk, but the bin has a lot of other stuff in it too.

Jumper was crap. Not even Jamie Bell could make it any better.
