Animation: The A team and the B Teams..

Each animated series has what I like to call the A team and the B team. One great company to animate things, one lesser company to save on budget for episodes that don't really need great animation to tell a story.

For example:
Real Ghostbusters: Fright at the Opera = B Team (Possibly even D team).

Dragonball Z : Goku VRS Cell = A Team

Ninja Turtles :Return of Dregg = A Team
Ninja Turtles Dregg of the Earth = B Team...

Etc. What's your favorite A team of animation, and your least favorite B team that you think has the worst animation available?
 
As far as Warner Bros. Animation, the A-team seems to always include the Tokyo Animation Studio. Disney Afternoon series has Tokyo, Disney France, and Disney Austrailia. A B-Studio that comes to mind is Wang Studios. Sometimes it's good, but more often it's incredibly mediocre.
