She had a pot of potions that made plants come alive, and she created these creatures to help a girl along on her journey. I do not know if this is a Disney movie or not but the drawings do look similar to Disney. Anyway can anybody help me with the name of this movie i would say it came out in the mid1990s? PLEASE HELP
