Angry Tmobile Customer

BB Messenger uses the BB's PIN number and is considered data since the messages are instantly delivered to the BB itself. I think the PIN messages you send thru the "Compose PIN" option under "Messages" are also data but I've never been able to figure this out.

On a sidenote, for all of you who remember my rant last month, I got my bill today. $32 and some odd change LOL Much better than the previous bills I've paid.

Rogers has been dropping my 8700 to GPRS or no signal at all. Only been the last couple weeks. But they're upgrading the network to 3G, so that's likely the root of the problem.

Well, the story continues my 7290 has been dropping signal several times a day and saying searching for network then no service so I called TMO. The BB specialist said my last choice was a new SIM CARD. Thank God I had a new sim card from a phone I purchase a couple of years ago, I had the new Sim Card activated lets hope this works and solves my signal dropping problem. They have the 8700g back in stock but I don't want to spend that money next month if I can't keep a signal!

Anybody know what I can do to solve an issue I've been having over the last week and a half where my 7105t will show a NEGATIVE amount of emails when I actually have no emails on the BB or the source account (my AOL account I use for my primary AOL mail)?? This is ridiculous.

First incident was showing -7 emails. I pulled the battery and that finally woked after pulling out my hair for an hour. It just showed -3 a few minutes ago. I pulled the battery out and it doesn't show that anymore. I'm running OS 4.1.0.309 (from T-Mobile who is also my carrier) on the handheld.

Went to reload the OS on the device and got this when I tried to reconnect via DM: "A communication error occured while attempting to establish a connection to the device. Please reconnect the device to initiate a new connection."
I also now do not have the option to reload ANYTHING on my device.

The attached screenshot shows what I get when I re-connect my BB to my desktop to reload everything.

Had to re-add contacts. Hope everyone got the invites I sent. BBMessenger puked and gave a white screen twice. Once while reloading and once while chatting.

Only time i have EVER had an issue with losing a signal was in my home area when a tower went out. I travel out of my zip code, everything worked. Minute I was in zip code, NADA!

But that was a while ago. In regards to billing never been over charged, but it is something Im paranoid about and with good reason from what I am reading.
