Angry Tmobile Customer

My recommendation would be to call a corporate TMobile store in your area (Not the store you are making your payments at if it is, or it may be a satellite store, you didn't mention I don't think) and find out who their regional manager is, and a way to reach them. It sounds like its an issue with a certain employee or employees at that store.

I have experienced problems like this before with Sprint when i was a customer with them. They kept trying to charge for long distance calls (not roaming), saying it wasn't included in my plan. I finally got ahold of the regional manager and got the issue resolved-for that moment. 3 months later they tried to jerk me around again and I dropped their service. Fortunately I was at the end of the contract by that point so I didn't have to pay a cancellation fee. But you are right, threatening cancellation is always a way to wake them up. Thats what happened when my local store refused to sell me the 8700.

Blackberry BIS minutes and mail includes unlimited text, email, and web browsing. I have had the plan for a while now and send lots of messages every month. Hubby has it to.

Blackberry Minutes and Mail, on BIS, http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/Plans/detail.aspx?tp=tb1&id=56263805-e16b-471e-92d7-3ec0885e2004
Unlimeted Text, Email, and data, 1000 minutes a month - 59.99/m
That is the link to it on the Tmo website.

Ahhh. I dont have that plan. I have the freekin 5000 minute plan, added BIS. Oh well, thought I could save 5 bucks a month. Still like 35 buck cheaper than what I was payin with Nextel!!!

1) I have 2 retail stores in the Houston/Missouri City/Sugar Land area that I've gone to. I don't know where the local corporate store is.

2) I know one of the guys (I think he's the manager of the store I used to go to) that works for the Houston store cause he helped me with a huge overage charge last year. He made sure everything is understood and cleared. (I bugged him to see the BlackBerry 7105t but the only one on display couldn't be taken down for me to play with. When I go back, I'm gonna see if he'll let me poke around with an 8700 LMAO). I'm guessing he wasn't at the register when the other payments were made and therefore never got entered into the system correctly. I have all receipts but will still be charged with late fees.

3) Everyone else is a JOKE. The girl that attempted to change my plan last November DIDN'T follow thru as she told me she would. A gut feeling told my mom and I to go back and check this. She changed it only after we went back and fussed about it.

I LOVE T-Mobile's customer service (with the exception of a few reps) and their signal service (on all other phones except the Sidekick) is great. It's just these billing foulups I'm getting sick of.

She's right. I had their $79.99 Minutes and Mail Ultra plan last year before I found out they had the Unlimited Data Plan that doesn't have voice minutes on it which is what I'm on now.

Just an update on my situation. It's now Thursday and they have not called, emailed, faxed, or sent any kind of text message or anything to let me know they got the fax I sent them last Friday. This is the second time this has happened.

Got my bill today. Although there is a higher total on the bill (thanks to the text messaging charge foulup that was corrected when I called them), I will only have to pay the cost of my 7105t (no rebates), all of the data usage from my last sidekick until I changed plans, and the amount of data usage from when I bought the BB until the end of the billing cycle. Comes to $300 or so but that's better than what I would have had to pay if the error hadn't been corrected. I guess I'm staying with them for a little while longer (barring the fact that they don't lose this payment).

On a side note, when it came today, it came in a priority mail envelope because it was about 600 pages of text messages that were documented. I thought it was my Fortte Open Face Case LOL

using the built in messengers on the BB use text messages. If you use the web based messengers those count as data. "Blackberry minutes and mail" plans provide if not includes text messages or unlmt text. just make sure to keep track of what is on your actual plan.

My issue with T-Mobile has FINALLY been resolved. I got a letter in the mail from accounting (or cash department, I don't remember which one) stating that my account has been credited with the amount of the lost payment.
