Just avoid him. My best guess is that he was a disappointment to his father or his father disappointed him and he wants to be better than that. Maybe he also regretted not being good at sports in high school or regretted not being better. Trust me, I've got a dad that does the same thing to my brother, and all I can tell you is that you can't rely on sports to bring you and your dad together. You can't always have perfect games and he needs to accept that. Don't be hard on yourself. Eventually you'll get to go to college or move out, and he won't be a problem. Just hold on. Good luck!
