Angles of elevation in geometry?

So it goes like this:
"Susan and Jorge stand 38 m apart. From Susan's position, the angle of elevation to the top of Big Ben is 65 degrees. From Jorge's position, the angle of elevation to the top of Big Ben is 49.5 degrees. To the nearest meter, how tall is Big Ben?"

I have no idea how to figure this out. I know I'm going to have to use tangent eventually but I don't know how to apply it to the measures that they already gave me. How do I do this problem? Please help! Thanks!
