Happened to my wife in 05, she had two stents put in, and would up with a quadruple bypass. I sincerely hope this doesn't happened to you. the positive is after the bypass and recovery, she is better than ever and the doc says her heart is good for another 50 years. she does yoga, walks everyday, watches what she eats and runs her own business. never give up, and I wish you a quick healing and long health.
 
Glad you caught it in time. Been there done that. Have 3 myself. Genetics suck sometimes. Do what the doc tells ya. I know what you mean about having the wife by you. She is a great lady!

Good luck enjoy the ride when you get back out there.
 
My mom had her carotid scraped out a couple weeks ago. Afterward the doc said she was a walking stroke waiting to happen. Caught it in the nick of time. Sounds like you did too.

feel your pain. november 9 2009. 2 in afternoon, climb an sit in deer stand 25 feet up. reach to take bow from pull up rope. bam, hands go dead an wrist feel like im laying them in hot coals, sweat pouring like rain, and puking. fall half way down and get up some how. then i wake at 5 on ground by 4 wheeler and get home by grace of god. thing is still going strong. wife drive to er and i wind up getting 2 stints. doc says i should not have made it. man up stairs just wants us to ride some more i guess. never new anything was even wrong with me. havnt smoked since. good luck and god bless you.
