Anger management

sometimes during the day i get so fuking pissed im about to snap and rip some ones head off if they say one thing about me. and the bad thing is i have nothing to take my anger out so it keeps building up..i need a fukng stress ball or something, next person that says some shit about me tomorrow at school is getting a fucking beat down. :sword: :gun:

hitting a pillow doesnt help, its too soft. i hit my door and i cant release my anger cuz ill probly break my hand or something. i think the anger is coming from kids at school that stare at me and my friends, most of my friends skateboard and wear tight pants so they can move easier and them nigs laugh at them. i allways get black kids coming up to me and asking what happened to the rest of my shirt, becuase its not a XLL. i think it would be smart to see a therapist of buy some boxing gloves with my friend. *Edited*
 
Have you tried writing?

Whenever I get pissed off I write really long stories where I kill everyone I hate. Afterwards, I don't feel like doing it so much in real life. Granted, I still hate them, and they still piss me off, but at least I don't feel like going on a rampage anymore.
