string and its nearly ended? usually i'm a passive, friendly who cares what u think about me i'm happy anyway type of person. but every year in summer time i snap. in grade 1 i got angry at mum cause she wouldn't give me some sweets and so when mum and my brother went out i unscrewed all the door handles so no1 could get in or out, i hid the door handles so no1 could let them in either. i superglued the windows shut as well and mum had to call the police to get in.
in grade 6 i was getting bullied all year round by grade 7 kids usually i ignored them but i was walking to the oval to hide and they found me. when they called me a name i grabbed one of them who was massive compared to me and i grabbed his shoulder, dug my nails in and removed the skin down to his wrist then i held on to his wrist put it behind him and bent his elbow the wrong way till he screamed. thats the sort of thing i don't want happening again no matter wat they do to me. if u have experience with this sort of thing could u tell me how to avoid it. i also have heat strokes and am used to the cold more thats why i think i happens in summer- 2day it was 30 degrees celcius and it will get hotter. i hate losing control of myself and i'm already showing signs of coming to the end of my string
 
Cut off a meter of your bombed string. Punch bottom CENTRE of two empty but clean soup tins. Slip each string end into one tin and knot so when both cans are pulled apart the knots are drawn within. Hold open end of one tin about your left ear. Wait until passer-by picks up other metalwork, pulls tension into cord, and speaks into mouth of the soup tin. Whatever is said could be the answer you are seeking. Yes, I'm just providing a methodology until reader finds better.
 
I think your anger is about to explode and anyone near you could be caught in the blast. I am glad that you know you have this bomb. Now go do something about it immediately(i.e. anger management clsses etc.) you are not behaving rationally .go for help before somone gets hurt.
 
Start an anger management course ASAP. Tomorrow morning call your local library, and ask for the "Reference" department. It's their job to hook you up to the nearest one to you. THEY WORK.
In the meantime, relax, take a nice warm bath, and if anything pisses you off, slowly count to ten, and try to use what willpower you have left. There's always some left.

passive people are the most dangerous cos they bottle it all up!!! You couldnt get sweets? think about it and stop being a brat (smiles).

no really i think you should relax and well uhm maybe you over exgerated uhm well..yeah and most likly you might want to see a therapist that cost like 100 dallors a week.. or just do something else and go to kail and find out how tuff you are then i dk you know your self better cooping skills you must biuld and know what sets you off and what settles your thought and find someone that you can vent to okay so just relax and dont worry about anything okay...breath in holdit for ten seconds and breath out really fast repeat till calm and ...
