For the most part, it should be fine. However, if you happen to get a particularly aggresive individual or an altum angelfish (they're bigger), their could be issues. Usually, the only conflict between regular angelfish and guppies is that the angels like to prey on the baby guppies.

can angel fish and guppies live together cuz i saw on a youtube video and a angel fish was living happily with guppies and it wasnt eating them it was also quite a big angel fish and im interested in buying one thanks

Depends on the angel.
Most, if not 99.999999999999% will eat guppies. If raised since a baby with guppies there is less of a chance, but i would not risk it.

it's a good question, however they tend to do fine with each other, i have guppies and angel's together, and they get along very well, though they keep their distances from each other: Guppies whether people know it or not are a semi-aggressive species as are angel fish. i have two types of guppie right now, the mosquito eater [very tiny and the angels leave it alone] and fancy guppies which the angel's leave alone. i actually see the angel's chasing each other around more, but yes they should be fine together but as with any other fish non-agressive or aggressive, remember no matter what species there is always the likely hood that they might attack each other.
